The 2019 MAAA elections were held on October 3rd, 2019. MAAA members elected a new President and three Executive Board members by secret ballot. Each MAAA member was eligible to apply for any position: president, member of the Executive board and member of the Supervisory board.
American Disco Night, a Charity Concert
On December 11th, 2019, the Macedonian American Alumni Association organized its third annual gala humanitarian concert entitled “American Disco Night”.
On 30thDecember 2019, an event entitled “Future steps after joining NATO” was organized by MAAA and the Union of European Federalists in North Macedonia. The main focus of the discussion was the proposal by Mr. ElmasHasanovićto establish a NATO Center of Excellence, or regional center for crisis response in North Macedonia.
