Between March 23 and March 25 approximately 85 World Chicago Fellow Alumni joined 100 entrepreneurs at Invento Summit organized by Invento Capital Partners followed by an Alumni Day in Zagreb. 13 Fellows attended from Macedonia both events where they discussed innovation and its intricate connection to system transformation of cities as well as the importance of discipline and vigilant promise to success. Our members Vesna Ivanoska, Marija Dimovska, Monika Rizovska, Dancho Dimkov, Igor Izotov, Ivana Spasova Naskova, Dimitar Jovevski, Aleksandar Spasovski were among them.

Since 2015 World Chicago via the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professional Fellows Program (PFP) has enabled young professionals from the Balkans to explore new venues of learning opportunities, harness new skills, connect with U.S. innovation ecosystem stakeholders and entrepreneurs and cultivate themselves into global citizens bringing about change in their communities, their native land as well as globally.

At the Alumni Day World, Chicago Fellows from the very first Cohort to the last one dating July 2022 gathered together where they discussed the key role innovation plays in transforming city systems in tune with sustainable development goals.
