As of yesterday, MAAA's Executive Board Members are attending the event "Regional Exchange of Best Practices for US Alumni Associations in the Western Balkans" in Tirana, Albania, where they have the valuable opportunity to discuss, share their practices, promote regional cooperation, and strengthen ties between our organizations, from the region.

Yesterday night, a reception has been held, where all of the participants had the possibility to network, after being greeted with speeches from the Chargè d'Affairs of the US Embassy in Albania, H.E. David Wisner, followed by an adress of the former Deputy Minister of Justice in Albania, Ms. Fjoralba Caka and an official welcoming by AUSA's Chairman, Mr. Kristi Çina.

Today, MAAA's newly elected President, Zorica Trajkova Strezovska gave an overview of our Association's activities, successes and ideas for the future. Alongside MAAA's President, also part of the delegation are the Vice-President Ognen Janeski, Secretary General Irena Popovska and former Executive Board Member, Bashkim Ziberi.
